Do I need a Google account?

Yes. To save the extracted tables directly to Google Sheets, you need to sign in with your Google account. We only request permission to create files in your Drive – we never read your other files.

Where does the new Sheet appear?

We create a new Google Sheet in the root of your Google Drive, named like 'Extracted Tables - [original PDF name]'. You can move it to any folder later.

Can I convert scanned PDFs to Google Sheets?

Absolutely. Our OCR engine works on scanned PDFs and images. The extracted text and tables are written directly into the new Sheet.

We process your file in memory, extract the tables, then delete it immediately. The only persistent result is the Google Sheet in your own Drive – we never keep a copy.

Does it preserve table formatting in Sheets?

We preserve row/column structure, merged cells, and basic alignment. Advanced visual styling (colors, fonts) is not carried over, but all data is there.
